Library Instruction Request Form for Faculty

Please submit instruction requests at least two weeks prior to the requested date. Note that early submission still does not guarantee sessions will be held on the preferred date. Instructors are expected to attend these sessions along with their students. Your presence movitates the students to become more engaged in the learning experience. Should questions about the related assignment arise, students will have an opportunity to receive further clarification and direction during the session.
