  • Acquire materials in all formats for History, History of Science, and Middle East studies.
  • Provide reference assistance focusing on history and the humanities.
  • Serve as library liaison to the Department of History. Communicate with history students and faculty on research, collections, and access issues.
  • Coordinate reference training and collections for the Arts and Humanities Library. Acquire reference materials in all formats for the Arts and Humanities library.
  • Provide general and subject specific library instruction sessions.
  • Design web guides for research in history.

  • Provided 10-15 hours a week reference assistance to a diverse population at a busy service point.
  • Teach 25-35 instruction sessions per semester.
