To find articles on your topic, use an Index.  An alphabetical  list of online indexes is available from the library's E-Resource List (A-Z).  The primary indexes for history are:

The library subscribes to hundreds of databases. You can browse the entire list of databases via our E-Resource List (A-Z). Additionally there are hundreds of print indexes that cover specific topics.  Depending on the topic these print indexes may be your best choice.
 
Once you have found the article you want, search the CAT to see if the journal the article appears in is available in the library, and where it can be located.
