Check for availability, call us at 814-865-6369 or walk-in to our Reference Desk (3rd Floor Paterno) to reserve this room (Room Usage Policy). Requests are accepted no more than TWO WEEKS in advance.
DeFluri Seminar Room Usage Policy:
The Defluri Seminar Room is maintained by the Schreyer Business Library. It is intended for the use of Penn State students and faculty as a group study room. The room is available during regular library operating hours, until 15 minutes prior to closing. For your convenience, please signup according to these conditions:

| • | Signup for no more than 3 hours daily, or 6 hours weekly (Sunday to Saturday) |
| • |

| • | Walk-ins permitted to use room during unoccupied time, subject to policy conditions |
| • | Users responsible for cleaning the room of materials, litter, and other items generated, including erasing the whiteboard prior to vacating the room |
| • | Only specially designated erasable whiteboard markers may be used |
| • | Honoring the Library Codes of Conduct are conditions to using the room |
| • | The Schreyer Business Library retains the right to alter the schedule, supersede availability, or close the room without notice |
