Report Computer and Facilities Problems?

To report computer (pubic terminals, staff terminals, public printer PC) or non-emergency facility problems (lights out, broken furniture, etc.), file a "Helpdesk" ticket. To get there, click on http://www.libraries.psu.edu/aboutus.html, the click on "intranet", then click on "I-Tech/DLT/Facilities Helpdesk". You will the be prompted to enter your user id and password.
