Using Electronic Resources to Find Articles

The content of many journals, magazines and newspapers is available online through the Library's electronic databases. In many cases, your search in an electronic database will retrieve the complete article that originally appeared in the print publication. In some cases, your search may retrieve only an abstract (summary) of the article. Clicking the Get It button may take you to the full text of the article in another database. If the full text is not available online, search The CAT by journal title to see if the library owns the print publication.

For more help with electronic databases, see the Searching Online Databases section of this tutorial.
