| After marking your records,
click on the Print/Email
button at the top of the screen and then click on the Save
button. The records you have chosen will be displayed in a plain
text mode.
Select FILE
from your browser's window and then choose SAVE
AS.
Type the drive letter followed by a colon then type the name
of the file.
Note: On Library
computers you may only save to the [A] drive; this requires
you to insert a formatted disk into the floppy drive.
Select OK to
start downloading text.
Important:
Remember to give each
file a new name
as this procedure will overwrite
rather than append
the text.

Most databases have a save/download
button on the search results or marked list page. If you are
having trouble, check the online HELP files for specific information.
OR
Display the results you want. Select FILE
from your browser's window and then choose Save
As... and save as a .txt file.
Note: on Library
computers you may only save to the [A] drive; this requires
