  Export an ANGEL Guide to Another Location

Sign on to ANGEL and select "Library Subject Guides." For the guide you wish to export, click on "view as html." Once you are viewing the guide, just RIGHTclick your mouse somewhere in the guide itself (not on the outside frame). In the box that pops up, click on "View Source." This will open up a Notepad session with the html coding inserted. Save this file somewhere.

You need to make two edits to remove the "Library Subject Guide Tool" and "View Guide" headers, and the "Back" navigational bar (which would try to take you back to an ANGEL guide).

Remove the headers by removing the section near the top that says:

<big><strong> <span class="pageTitleSpan"> Library Subject Guide Tool </span> </strong></big> <br> <span class="pageSubtitleSpan">View Guide</span>

Remove the "back" by removing the section:

<strong><span class="titlebarSpan">
<a class="toolbarLink" href="default.asp?gid=1005">Back</a>&nbsp; </span></strong>

You can of course add other navigational information if you would like.

Save the file and load wherever you would like.
