Comprehensive coverage of journals, and also includes references to relevant books, chapters, nursing dissertations, association publications, educational software, research instruments, and selected conference proceedings.

MEDLINE (PubMed)

MEDLINE is the National Library of Medicine's (NLM) premier bibliographic database. It includes the fields of medicine, nursing, dentistry, veterinary medicine, the health care system, and the preclinical sciences. MEDLINE has 9 million citations and author abstracts from current biomedical journals published in the U.S. and 70 foreign countries.  Coverage: indexes 3600 journals, international in scope, 1966-Present.


Cochrane Library

The Cochrane Library is a collection of databases that contain high-quality, independent evidence to inform healthcare decision-making. Cochrane reviews represent the highest level of evidence on which to base clinical treatment decisions. In addition to Cochrane reviews, The Cochrane Library provides other sources of reliable information: other systematic review abstracts, technology assessments, economic evaluations, and individual clinical trials – all the current evidence in one single environment.


Consumer Health (Medlineplus)

National Library of Medicine pages designed to help you research health questions.  Includes English language journal articles, monographs, analytics, newspaper articles, court decisions, bills, laws, audiovisual materials and unpublished documents from 1973 to the present.


OT BibSys (Occupational Therapy Bibliographic System)

Database covering the literature of occupational therapy and related subject areas, such as rehabilitation, education, psychiatry or psychology, and health care delivery or administration. The full text of the indexed resources is not in this database, just the bibliographic information to identify the material and the author's abstract when one exists.


MD-Consult
MD-Consult includes over 40 full text medical reference books, more than 50 full text medical journals, access to MEDLINE, comprehensive drug information, over 600 clinical practice guidelines and approximately 3,500 customizable patient education handouts.

PsycINFO
Primary database for international literature in psychology and related disciplines. Searches over 1800 journals.  Related subject areas include organizational management, ergonomics, environmental psychology, human factors engineering, sociology, business, law and more. Published by the American Psychological Association. Coverage from 1840-Present.
