Westfälische Strasse 29 in Berlin-Wilmersdorf, where the Nabokovs
rented a room in the apartment of a family by the name of Cohn in 1932. Of
all the buildings in which Nabokov lived during his fifteen years in Berlin, this
is the only one that survived World War II more or less intact. (Photo: DEZ)
