Reading Assignments:
Mary consists of seventeen chapters, which I have divided into four reading assignments. Each assignment is accompanied by a set of questions. Before reading Mary, the student is invited to read my pseudolecture. As a follow-up to Mary the student will be required to read Chapter Twelve of Speak, Memory, Nabokov's autobiography.
