Libraries and ITS offer late-night bus service

University Park, PA—To accommodate end-of-semester study needs, Pattee and Paterno Libraries will be open until 2 a.m., April 30, May 1 and May 4–8. It will close at midnight on May 2 and 3. During these periods, the branch libraries will be open until 11:00 p.m., except for May 2 and 3, when they will close at 9 p.m.

For students who need to be in the library all night, the Extended Hours Study Area (Pattee Library, west, ground and first floors), will be open 24 hours, starting at noon April 30, and stay open until 7:00 p.m., on May 9.

Late night CATA bus service will run until approximately 2:30 a.m., April 30 to May 10. The free service will run about every 20 minutes. The last trip leaves the Pattee Library stop on Curtin Road at approximately 2:20 a.m. on the Blue Loop and 2:15 a.m. on the White Loop. The additional hours are sponsored by the University Libraries and ITS (Information Technology Services).
