Researching Cartographic Information Seminar

University Park, PA -- The University Libraries' Maps Library is offering a seminar on researching cartographic information, Wednesday, February 20, 2002, from 2:00–3:00 p.m. in 203 Paterno Library. Open to all students, faculty, staff, and the public, the seminar will teach how to find information using The CAT, the Libraries' online catalog; subscription indexes; and World Wide Web resources, including Federal agencies, academic library home pages, and private and commercial Web sites.

This class is part of the Subject Seminars series, organized by Libraries' Instructional Programs to teach how to use various databases and access subject-specific reference materials. For a list of other classes in the series, visit www.libraries.psu.edu/crsweb/instruction/ip/subject_sems.htm.
