Inventors Helped with Patent Search Information

University Park, PA -- A first step for a would-be inventor is a patent search. To streamline the process, University Libraries' Instructional Programs partnered with The Schreyer Business Library to develop an online tutorial. The tutorial demonstrates, through access to short movies, the processes and search techniques that produce the best results when searching the United States Patent and Trademark website. The tutorial also includes access to print and online supplemental resources.
