Finding the full title of a journal when all that you've got is an abbreviation can be quite a challenge sometimes. Here are some resources that might help. Remember, if you need help, just ASK!

Journal Titles and Abbreviations	Chemistry specific abbreviation list.
CASSI (Chemical Abstracts Service Source Index) PAMS Library Reference Z5526.A35	Standard abbreviatons for the chemical sciences. Organized by abbreviation. Also provides list of libraries that own that particular title. (The code for Penn State is PSt.)
Web of Science	Abbreviations list is hotlinked on the "Citation Search" page.
ISI Master Journals List	Master list for ISI Indexes, including Web of Science.
