Submit a Title to PaNP3 for Consideration

Libraries, historical societies, publishers, other organizations, and individuals are encouraged to submit newspaper titles to PaNP3 for consideration. If you have or know of a newspaper title that you would like to submit to PaNP3, please complete the Title Information Sheet and return it to Penn State University Libraries, Preservation Department, 402 Pattee Library, University Park, PA 16802.
