A 28-hour certificate program for new academic department administrators, this program focuses on visioning, critical thinking, and strategic leadership in the context of Penn state's values and priorities.
ARL Research Library Leadership Fellow, 2004-2006
The program was designed in response to the increasing demands for succession planning at America’s very large research libraries.
