Architect A. William Hajjar's impact on State College is well known to those familiar with the West College Heights and Holmes-Foster neighborhoods. During his tenure as a member of the Penn State Architecture Faculty during the 1950s and early 60s, Hajjar designed and built over 30 houses and handful of office and apartment buildings in the State College area.
