Check to see if your mailing and email addresses are correct in ILLiad.

Enter ILLiad (https://ill.libraries.psu.edu/) and login using your Access ID & Access Password.

Note: If this is your first time using ILLiad, you will be prompted to create a new account.

Click on Change User Information at the bottom-left of the screen.

Make sure that your email address is correct.


Check to make sure that your address is:
Address Line 1: The Pennsylvania State University
Address Line 2: Palazzo Doria Pamphili
Address Line 3: Piazza del Collegio Romano #1
City: Roma
Country: Italia
Zip: 00186



Make sure that your Campus Location is set to Research at a Distance.

Make sure that your Pickup Location is set to World.

The form should look like this:

Be sure to click Submit Information to save any changes.

Note: Be sure to change you address again when you return from Rome!!
