Please note the following:
Reservations must be made at least one day in advance. A daily list of reservations will be posted at each room.
A minimum of three people is required. Anyone in the group may book the room. Please provide an Access ID and the class related to the study group or project, e.g. bzl1, CAS 100A.
Rooms are reserved on a one-time, 2-hour basis. However, the room key may be renewed unless another reservation has been posted. Reservations spanning more than one day are not permitted.
Reservations are forfeited after 15 minutes. If there are less than 3 students in the room after 15 minutes from the start time, the remaining student must relinquish the key.
Seven group study rooms are available. Thun 115 seats 8 - 10. Thun 118, 120, 122, 124, 129 and 131 seat 6 -7. All study rooms are equipped with monitors, DVD and/or VHS players and white boards.
