Check for availability, call us at 814-865-6369 or walk-in to our Reference Desk (3rd Floor Paterno) to reserve this room (Room Usage Policy). Requests are accepted no more than TWO WEEKS in advance.

Equipment Available:

• Conference table and seating for 13 people
• Computer workstation with Internet connection (requires Penn State Access Account UserID & Password.)
• Additional equipment includes: whiteboards, a DVD/VHS player with TV, a projector for use with laptop computers, an overhead transparency projector, and a podium

DeFluri Seminar Room Usage Policy:

The Defluri Seminar Room is maintained by the Schreyer Business Library. It is intended for the use of Penn State students and faculty as a group study room. The room is available during regular library operating hours, until 15 minutes prior to closing. For your convenience, please signup according to these conditions:

• Suggested group size of between 3 and 10 people
• Signup for no more than 3 hours daily, or 6 hours weekly (Sunday to Saturday)
• Appointments will be held until 15 mins. past TIME IN. Room is then forfeited
• Walk-ins permitted to use room during unoccupied time, subject to policy conditions
• Users responsible for cleaning the room of materials, litter, and other items generated, including erasing the whiteboard prior to vacating the room
• Only specially designated erasable whiteboard markers may be used
• Honoring the Library Codes of Conduct are conditions to using the room
• The Schreyer Business Library retains the right to alter the schedule, supersede availability, or close the room without notice
