DeFluri Seminar Room


The Richard F. DeFluri Seminar Room can be reserved for team or group study. Please stop by the Business Library reference desk, or call 865-6369, to make a reservation.

You may also use the Penn State Reservation System to reserve the DeFluri Group Study.

This space includes:

  • Conference table and seating for 13 people
  • Computer workstation with Internet connection (requires Penn State Access Account UserID & Password.)
  • Additional equipment: whiteboards, a DVD/VHS player with TV, a projector for use with laptop computers, an overhead transparency projector, and a podium

 

 

Quiet Study Areas


  • 58 carrels for individual study

  • Availability is subject to library policy and priorities

Computers


  • Computers in the Libraries require a valid Penn State Access Account and password, and provide:

    • access to the Libraries' online catalog and licensed databases
    • Microsoft Office software
    • various database applications, math and statistical applications, and electronic publishing software
  • To save files, users are reminded to use their own storage media [USB storage device] or save online:

  • Workstation with a large monitor and ZoomText software for individuals with visual impairments

Black and white photocopiers are available in the Business Library.

Cost is 15 cents per copy

Printing on the 3rd floor Paterno library can be retrieved at the networked printers. The printer does not accept cash or LionCash.

Scanner


An 11X17 flatbed scanner is available for use by researchers with a Penn State Access Account. To save files of scanned images, users are reminded to use their own storage media:
