***Not to be confused with the "books with discs/disks" workflow; Books with an accompanying disc/disk can be placed on one of the trucks for items waiting to be cataloged.

Surrogates Workflow

Questions regarding any of the following CCL campuses' surrogates should be directed to the staff member responsible for cataloging those surrogates. Questions regarding the surrogates workflow in general may be directed to any member of the Monographs Team.

The workflow is as follows: Incoming surrogates are sorted initially by Elaine Fetterolf, who distributes them to Monographs Team members by assigned campus location, or to other Cataloging Teams based on format (e.g., video surrogates go to the Music/AV Team, serials go to the Serials Team).

If Monographs or CAST Team members are asked, surrogates should be mailed to:
