NOTE: EBSL typically includes a pink slip with the number of labels needed for the kits.

1. Change the Home location to the kit’s respective library.

2. Print the call numbers on the #55323022 template (longer labels), because most of the kit call numbers are too long for the #55398023 template.

• If the call number is short enough to fit on the #55398023 template, then use it.

• Do NOT apply the call number labels or the barcodes to the kits.

• Print the sheet(s) of labels to send to the Home location.

3. Attach an Ownership label, security strip (target) or security Checkpoint.

4. Attach a “Check for Parts” label according to the number of items in the kit.

5. Place CCL kits In Transit prior to taking them to the Receiving Room.
