URLs for online versions of the item in hand should be tested to verify they do go to the equivalent online, full text resource, and not just a Table of Contents or abstract
Delete 856s that do not go to the full, online version unless they specifically indicate they point to a portion of the item only
Catalogers should add a call/item record for a full, online version of the item in hand when there is a corresponding 856 in the bib record and we do not already have a separate record in The CAT for the electronic version:
Call Number = Use the LC call number and add |zEBOOK
