The team will catalog all categories of RUSH materials and all videos for MediaTech within one working day of receipt.
The team will catalog all firm order materials within one month of receipt in our area.
The team will catalog all approval plan receipts within two months of receipt in our area.
The team will catalog gift materials as time permits.
The team will process OOPs requests, withdrawals, label requests, and special maintenance requests within 2 working days of receipt.

All members serve as team leader and as scribe during a given year.
The team will strive to promote a cordial and professional working environment through open communication, respect for all individuals, and co-operation within the team and throughout the department. As a part of this goal we will strive to keep others informed about the status of their material, particularly if there would be a delay or some other unusual circumstance.
