  2. 541, 773, or 793 needed?
  3. Genre term needed?
  4. 590 needed?
  5. Special instructions on orf?
  6. Special location instructions? Blockson, Fine Printing, etc.
  7. Q or F needed?
  8. Home location NOT inprocess, make sure circ is checked
  9. Public note needed in call/copy? Author, Sci Fi pbk, etc.
  10. Barcode on verso of ID strip
  11. Call number/Location in back of book
  12. Statistics
  13. Completed book and packet go on shelf in closet; attach packet with pink or white ties
