The Standard Technical Report Number (STRN) is formulated according to Standard Technical Report Number (STRN), Format and Creation, ANSI Z39.23-1983 and often appears in the "report number" box on the item, if present.

Accept as found on copy.

Do not add a report number from the item lacking from copy.
