Monitor messages/questions sent to the "ul-serialscat" email address and make sure each message is responded to withing 24 hours. Refer messages/questions as appropriate. It will be assumed that you are handling each message, so it is not necessary to email the team that you are doing so.
Deliver any mail not picked up from the team mailbox.
Schedule, facilitate, and set agendas for team meetings. Make sure the meetings' minutes are published: all attendees and the Department Head shoul receive a copy. The Team's webmaster will publish a copy online on the appropriate web page.
Back-up for the team leader is the next team leader.
Recorder for meetings is the previous team leader.
