Capitalize words in the 246 according to the capitalization rules used for 245.
Use punctuation rules found in 245.
Drop all initial articles in field 246.
Justification of Access Points
When 246 indicator one is value 1, a 500 note is automatically generated using the display constant specified by the second indicator or subfield |i. Do not add a 500 note to justify the access point. Create title added entries for the following situations.
