The For The Future campaign is designed to enable the next generation, and all those succeeding, of graduates to realize and reach their full potential as individuals to succeed as students, advance their professional careers, and contribute to our country’s strength. For The Future is also a campaign to enable Penn State to realize and reach its full potential. All of the campaign’s objectives are directed toward the single vision of advancing the frontiers of learning at the most comprehensive, student-centered university in America.
Over the past 150 years, Penn State alumni and friends have created a tremendous culture of philanthropy. The fate of our current mission lies in the hand of our alumni and friends, and if the University Libraries is able to achieve the For The Future goals, we can ensure a bright future. For the University-wide campaign objectives, these goals will help to develop a sustainable future for scholarship and learning into the next century and create the educational, cultural, and economic opportunities that students and our communities need to thrive.
