Unbuilt Low-cost House Design

Phil’s un-built design for low-cost public housing from several decades ago would seem to be a perfect solution for Hurricane Katrina’s heavily damaged Gulf coast region.  The homes could be rapidly built, yet are designed to be substantial and long lasting.
