Reservation Procedure: Complete the online reservation form, call 375-4756 or in person at the library
•Reservations can be made using the online form, in person at the library or by phone @ 375-4756
•Reservations can be made for groups of two or more
•Please provide your user ID (ex: abc123) and the number of people in your group
•Walk-in groups or individuals are permitted to use the room when it is not reserved but will be asked to leave when the next reservation arrives
•Reservations will be held for 15 minutes and then the room will be made available for other groups
•Users are responsible for cleaning the room of materials, litter, and other items generated, including erasing the whiteboard prior to vacating the room
•Food is prohibited in the meeting room and drinks must be in a library-approved container.
•The DuBois Campus Library retains the right to alter the schedule, supersede availability, or close the room without notice
Failure to follow the group study room policies will result in the group being asked to leave.
