Art in the EMS Library – Paintings from the EMS Museum collections as well as several sculptures are on display in the library.  See our art guide for locations and titles.

 Film Series  The EMS Library hosts a lunch hour film series every Wednesday during spring and fall semesters.  Films are generally selected from those newly acquired.  The series has been on-going since 2000.

Displays – This bi-weekly topical display is located by the north entrance.  For future and past bulletin boards, see the display schedule.

Mineral Case – This display, on loan from the EMS Museum, features minerals from the Jesse Core collection.  It is located near the north entrance.

Geocache – The EMS Library has hidden a box (a geocache) for geocaching enthusiasts to find!

EMEX (Earth and Mineral Sciences Exposition for potential students) – The library gives tours, shows disaster movies throughout the day, and displays a variety of subject-related books and activities for younger readers.
