Faculty: Please complete and submit the following form to request course reserve links and print materials for your class.

Please submit multiple forms for multiple classes (one form per class, please).

For questions about copyright and restrictions using course reserves, please review Penn State's Electronic Reserve Copyright Guidelines and Policies or contact a librarian.

Please note that we enforce copyright restrictions in accordance with the E-Reserve guidelines at University Park:

Book Chapters/Selections: No more than 15% of any single book by page count.
Journal Articles: No more than 2 articles from any single issue of a journal or magazine

Requests for material in excess of these amounts may be refused.
