When to Start Planning a Publicity Campaign or Marketing Project
For most marketing projects, at least two months before the event is ideal. The more time Public Relations and Marketing has, the better the planning and promotion. Some news outlets in which we publicize Libraries' events require one to two months' lead time for submissions. But even if this amount of time is not available, contact us for help. We can still assist you in getting your message out.
How to Make a Signage Request
The Libraries provide a separate Web form for signage requests (see link below). Signage matters requiring our attention will be routed to Public Relations and Marketing through this form. Also linked below are our sign and sign template libraries. Try here first—we may already have the sign you need.
