Penn State Greater Allegheny Teaching International Portal

Penn State Greater Allegheny, strongly committed to the University's internationalization initiatives, has adopted each year a country or region of the world as a common theme to inspire teaching and scholarship. Through comparative study we hope to advance a greater understanding of globalization processes and their impact on the lives of people around the world, including our own region. Beginning with the 2008-09 academic year, a subject focus has been added to the regional focus for study.

On this page, you will find information about all of our Teaching International programs, past and present.
