Development Team Responsibilities:

  • Provide infrastructure and development support throughout the duration of the project.
  • Determine infrastructure needs and communicate with the implementation team, DLT and the vendor as necessary to support full implementation
  • Backup and disaster recovery
  • Performance tuning, Load testing
  • Develop or assist in developing specs for development requests (to DLT and to vendor)
  • Provide component development and support as required through the life of the project.

Migrate appropriate content from intranet to public
9/1/10 - Mobile site prototype development, testing and release
10/1/10 Develop CQ5 intranet and migrate content
10/1/10 Begin work on personalization features
