To create a forum for active participation and discussion on broad topics and themes that affect the operational issues of the University Libraries at University Park. Possible agenda items include: assessment, climate survey, strategic planning and periodic review, technology issues, facilities (new projects, renovation projects, library and departmental moves, Knowledge Commons, etc.), new services and programs, review of library groups, transformation of what our CAT includes, Institutional Repositories, participation in HathiTrust, Google and OCA, LOCKSS, Penn State Press, etc.
