The library is located at 351 Olmsted Drive on the Penn State Harrisburg campus in Middletown, Pennsylvania. Please follow the Suggested Driving Directions below to get to campus. Once you arrive on campus, look for the Academic Buildings signs to locate the library. A campus map that shows photographs of the library and other buildings is also available.
All vehicles parked on campus must display a current parking permit. Daylong parking permits can be purchased at the automated vehicle parking permit dispensers located in the parking lot adjacent to the library. Vehicles that do not display current parking passes will receive parking tickets and are subject to fines.
To obtain a parking permit from a dispenser, insert a dollar (either a one-dollar bill or correct change) into the machine, which will then print a permit that is valid for the day. These machines do not provide any change, so it's necessary to have a one-dollar bill or exact change in coins to purchase a permit.
Frequent campus visitors can purchase an annual parking pass at the Vehicle Registration Office.

From Harrisburg and Points North: Follow signs for Harrisburg International Airport/283 East. Take 283 East to the Harrisburg International Airport exit. Follow signs for the airport and the college. Before entering the airport complex, take the exit for PA Route 230. Turn left at the junction of 230. Proceed on 230 East approximately one mile; the college entrance is on the left.
From Lancaster and Points East: Take Route 283 West toward the Harrisburg International Airport. Follow signs for the airport and the college. Before entering the airport complex, take the exit for PA Route 230. Turn left at the junction of 230. Proceed on 230 East approximately 1 mile; the college entrance is on the left.
From the Pennsylvania Turnpike (I-76): Get off at Exit 247 (old Exit 19). Follow PA Route 283 East toward the Harrisburg International Airport. Follow signs for the airport and the college. Before entering the airport complex, take the exit for PA Route 230. Turn left at the junction of 230. Proceed on 230 East approximately 1 mile; the college entrance is on the left.
