Loans:

• $15 US and Canada
• $25 International
• Loan charges do not apply to any Pennsylvania library or consortial partner.

• Next-Day shipping via UPS - $54 surcharge.
• Fed-Ex service is not offered.

            (Next Day Service offered for items held in Pattee/Paterno library only)

Copies:

• $15 US and Canada
• $25 International

Copies of Masters and Scholars Theses:

• $25 - .pdf scan of theses
• $50 US and Canada - paper copy mailed
  
• $60 International - paper copy airmailed
  

Change of Format Loan:

• $50 plus .16 per page
• Non-circulating rare or special collection book transferred to microfilm format to be used as a loan. This charge applies to all borrowing institutions.

Billing Procedures:

Invoices are issued on a monthly basis. Payment will be accepted in US dollars, International Money Orders (in denominations of US dollars), or IFLA coupons. We can not accept Postal Coupons. Questions regarding invoices received for Interlibrary Loan material should be directed to the Library's Business Office at (814) 863-0403.

Lost Books:

If you have borrowed material through the Interlibrary Loan Lending Department and have lost or misplaced an item please contact us for replacement costs via:
