To request Books, DVDs, CDs (loan):
All eligible faculty, staff and students can request circulating material (books, DVDs, CDs) located at any Penn State Library (all campus locations), as well as material not owned by Penn State.
Circulating material owned by Penn State:
- Search the CAT
- Click on the "I Want It" Button
- Enter your Penn State Access Account User ID and Password
- Select World Campus from the pickup location list
- Click on Place Hold
- Loans will be listed on your "My Library Account"
- Refer to Policies for loan periods, delivery and returning material
Books not owned by Penn State - use EZ-Borrow:
- Logon to E-ZBorrow
- Select Searching/Requesting
- Choose World Campus as the Pickup Location
- Loans will be listed on your "My Library Account"
- Refer to Policies for loan periods, delivery and returning material
Material not owned by Penn State - Use ILLiad:
- Logon to ILLiad
- Select Request a Loan
- To avoid receiving material no longer needed, indicate correct date "Not Wanted After Date" - default is 1 month
- Loans will be listed on your ILLiad account
- Refer to Policies for loan periods, delivery and returning material
