A key portion of I-Tech's mission is to educate and inform library employees in computing and technology related topics.  To fulfill this objective we offer the following services:

Training Services

• Consultation to identify training needs and assessment
• Coordination of Libraries IT training
• Documentation and delivery of IT training
• Coordinating and planning training from external providers
  
• Course registration (TechSmart)

Communication Channels

• IT Alerts in collaboration with DLT and ITS using the ITS alerts system plus real time alerts posted on library webpges
  
• Tech updates scheduled forums where library IT staff and guest speakers present information on a variety of IT topics
