Exam Proctor Service

We are happy to offer weekly test proctoring at the Penn State University Libraries at the University Park campus. When requesting a proctoring session, please keep in mind the following:
  • You do not have to be a PSU student to request proctoring help. Any library patron or community member may request this service.

  • Proctoring is available on Friday afternoons from 2 to 4:00. Please keep this time-frame in mind when filling out the proctor request form.

  • Proctoring must be requested at least one week in advance of the exam.
  • Please complete the entire form. Rules for a proctored exam vary by university but are usually very specific — please confirm any questions you may have with your instructor.

  • All proctor sessions will take place in the Pattee/Paterno Libraries at the University Park Campus only. We cannot schedule proctor session at the Campus locations — please check with your local Campus library

  • It is the student's responsibility to make sure the proctor has received the exam materials before the scheduled proctor date. Any exams not taken on the date originally scheduled will be rescheduled for the following Wednesday.

Complete the Exam Proctor Request form.

Once the form has been received, an email confirming date and place will be sent to you.
