January 2: Free research basics classes offered


The University Libraries are offering free classes in library research basics for students, employees and the public this semester. No registration is required. Learn how to find books and other materials in The CAT, the online catalog, and to use databases such as ProQuest to find articles online. Sessions will take place in the Gateway Lab, first floor, Pattee Library. All sessions are one hour long and feature time for individualized help and questions.

The schedule is as follows:

Tuesday, February 10:         3 p.m.
Friday, February 20:            noon
Wednesday, February 25:   4 p.m.
Thursday, April 9:               1 p.m.
