Would you like to combine an interest in a favorite subject area with a desire to work with people? Are you interested in using the latest technologies in information delivery to inspire learning? If so, you should consider applying for a Libraries scholarship. Penn State undergraduates who may be planning future careers in library or information science are eligible to apply for the scholarships. They include the Adma Hammam Shibley Memorial Scholarship in Library Science, the Martha Conner Memorial Award, and the Ava Faltz-Miller Memorial Scholarship. These awards provide financial help for outstanding students.

The deadline for submission is Friday, May 1. Details about the various awards available and an application form are available online: www.libraries.psu.edu/psul/scholarships.html.
