Foreign Language Acquisition Materials (books and audio)
The Libraries' materials for learning a foreign lanaguage can be located by using the CAT. In the search box, type in: name of language and self-instruction (e.g. french and self-instruction). Use the "I Want It" button to have materials sent to another Penn State campus.
Keep in mind that some older materials may actually be cassettes, so make sure to take a close look at the record.
Additionally, public libraries tend to have more robust collections of materials for learning a foreign language so be sure to check there as well. (In State College, check out the collection at Schlow Memorial Library using their catalog.)
