Instructors may place video and audio recordings and music scores on reserve for their courses at the Music and Media Center service desk. Contact Gwen Catchen, reserves supervisor for the Music and Media Center, to have items placed on reserve for your course.
Through a cooperative agreement with MediaTech, this course reserve service is also available for videos housed in the MediaTech collection. Instructors who wish to place a video from the MediaTech collection on reserve at the Music and Media Center, or who wish to schedule a video in the Music and Media Center collection for use on a particular date, may do so by contacting Gwen Catchen.
Items on course reserve can be used with playback equipment in the library by any user during any hours the library is open, but they do not circulate outside of the building without permission from the instructor for whom the item is on reserve.
