Print Page

1) Choose the whole page you would like to print.

2) Choose the PRINT icon located at the bottom of the screen, in the PressDisplay tab. Make sure to click Print Page. Note: You must use the PressDisplay print function and not your browser’s print function for printing to work properly.

3) Choose paper size from the drop-down menu; follow steps 1 through 3. Note: The blue PRINT button must be visible when doing the above step. If this button is not visible, close the window and click on the PRINT icon again.

Print Section

1) Click the PRINT icon on the bottom of the page and choose Print Custom Area.

2) With the mouse, draw a RED box around the section you wish to print. Choose paper size and click print. Note: It will show up in the PRINT dialogue box.

Print Article

If you wish to print an article with no pictures, click on the article. A separate box with the article will appear. Click the PRINT icon above it.

If the page fails to print, check that your default print settings match those of PressDisplay in terms of printer destination, paper size, etc.
