Only the codified versions of Pennsylvania law are available through Penn State Libraries' subscription databases [available to researchers with a Penn State Access Account:
LexisNexis State Capital
Please note: in LexisNexis State Capital, each record consists of a single section (ยง) of the statutes. A single section is usually comprised of one or more brief sentences of text. The search result will present individual sections without the context of the other sections with which they are associated. Users may want to start with a search in LexisNexis State Capital, then consult print versions of the statutes to help them develop a better understanding of the statute as a whole. Updated whenever new legislation becomes law.
Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes
unofficial version; sponsored by Pennsylvania District Court 15-4-04, located in Chester County, Pennsylvania
Purdon's Pennsylvania Statutes
